The part-time Program Leader, under the direction of the Site Manager and School Principal, is responsible for the daily implementation of the Kids Unlimited program :
Experience and Education
Some undergraduate study is required; coursework in education, social or human services, child development, or related field is desirable; degreed candidates are preferred; Familiarity and experience with our diverse populations

Position Requirements
- Must be available Monday – Friday during program hours, listed below:
- School Year: 2:00-6:00 p.m.
- Summer Hours: 8:00- 3:30
- Must have a clear FBI and BCI & I background check.
Roles and Responsibilities
The part-time Program Leader, under the direction of the Site Manager and School Principal, is responsible for the daily implementation of the Kids Unlimited program :
- Prepare supplies, materials, and any other items needed before meeting the students
- Establish positive relationships with students, school staff, and families
- Complete attendance accurately and report absentees to the Site Manager
- Actively engage students and participate in program activities
- Supervise students at all times and follow Kids Unlimited conduct when disciplining students
- Report disruptive behavior to the Site Manager and document serious infractions
- Maintain an inviting, safe, orderly environment that is conducive to student learning
- Assist with the distribution, supervision, and clean up of meals in the cafeteria
- Ensure cleanliness of classrooms, auditorium, and other areas where the program is held
- Assist with student recruitment and promote the program
- Attend professional development activities and meetings provided by Kids Unlimited
Experience and Education
